A night climb of Mount Sinai with a Bedouin guide for sunrise, then St Catherine's Monastery and lunch by the sea in Dahab.
Arriving at the base of the mountain around 2:00 AM, you will begin your climb accompanied by an experienced Bedouin guide. The hike, though moderately challenging, is incredibly rewarding as you make your way to the summit in time for sunrise. From the top, witness a truly magical moment as the first rays of sunlight spread across the mountains, creating an unforgettable panoramic view.
After enjoying the sunrise, you will descend the mountain and head toward St. Catherine’s Monastery, where your St Catherine’s Tour continues. Here, you will explore one of the oldest Christian monasteries in the world, built by Emperor Justinian I and dedicated to Saint Catherine. Within the monastery complex, you will also see what is believed to be the Burning Bush.
Following your visit, you will travel to the beautiful town of Dahab, located approximately 100 km from Sharm El Sheikh. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a seaside restaurant overlooking the Red Sea, then take some time to explore the local markets, known for their wide selection of handmade crafts, jewelry, and traditional souvenirs.
At the end of your journey, you will return to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, completing one of the most inspiring and memorable Sharm El Sheikh Day Tours with us.
